My name is Chioma Aladi, and I am the founder of 318 Legacy Capital. I am a second-generation entrepreneur who grew up working alongside my parents as they built their businesses from the ground up.
I saw the sleepless nights spent worrying about making payroll, felt the gut-wrenching weight of “will the bank take our house?”, and experienced the pride that came with finally succeeding.
Those early years shaped my career and approach to leadership. They led me to earn an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and to build a 15+ year career in the corporate world, where I led multimillion-dollar businesses.
I owe much of my corporate success to what I learned at home: long-term success comes from going above and beyond for your customers and cultivating deep trust with stakeholders.
Now, I’m ready to return to my entrepreneurial roots. My goal is to buy and operate a great business for the long term and to thoughtfully build on a founder’s legacy.
